What You Can Expect

Questions you may have

Individual therapy sessions last approximately 50 minutes. This provides enough time to explore your concerns, work towards your goals, and reflect on your progress in a supportive and confidential environment.I offer individual therapy, couple therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

The number of sessions varies depending on your individual needs, goals, and the nature of the difficulties you are experiencing. Some people benefit from short-term support, while others choose to continue therapy over a longer period. This will be discussed collaboratively throughout the therapeutic process.

Yes. Confidentiality is a fundamental part of psychological practice. Information shared during therapy remains confidential, except in rare situations where there is a legal or ethical obligation to protect your safety or the safety of others. These circumstances will always be explained clearly.

Yes. Online therapy is available for clients who prefer remote sessions or are unable to attend in person. Online sessions are conducted through a secure platform while maintaining the same professional and confidential standards as face-to-face appointments.

The first session is an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to therapy, explore your concerns, and understand your goals. Together, we will consider the most appropriate approach and determine how we can work together moving forward.

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek psychological support to better understand themselves, navigate life transitions, manage stress, improve relationships, or enhance their overall emotional wellbeing. If you are unsure, the initial consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your needs and determine whether therapy is the right fit for you.

Taking the first step can feel difficult
