- your proposed resolution for the issue

Upon receipt of your complaint, we will promptly acknowledge it within 24 hours.
Your complaint will be thoroughly investigated by one of our directors, and you can expect a formal response within 20 days.
We will invite you to provide feedback on our proposed resolution or to arrange a meeting if necessary to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Additionally, you have the option to file an official complaint with the office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (PO 23378, 1682 Nicosia), which serves as the autonomous supervisory body in Cyprus.
