1. At C Crew Aviation, we prioritize the confidentiality and privacy of our clients, aligning closely with recent recommendations from EASA. 

2. Our program is staffed by trained peers. Comprising clinical psychologists specializing in aviation psychology, our team ensures adherence to professional standards and expertise in the field. 

3. We treat the details of individual users with the utmost confidentiality, safeguarding them as rigorously as medical records. 

4. All volunteers undergo comprehensive training and commit to a code of conduct, ethics, and confidentiality agreement, ensuring the protection of user confidentiality.

5. Our electronic communications and records adhere to stringent security measures, utilizing encrypted systems compliant with the GDPR.

6. We maintain protected and encrypted records of user contact details, as well as separate anonymized records of interactions with supporting peers, accessible only to their clinical supervision and, in exceptional circumstances, the Clinical and Operational Directors of the Peer Support Program.
