Psychometric testing:

• Contributes to CRM by assessing interpersonal skills, teamwork, communication, and leadership qualities among flight crews, enhancing collaboration and safety in operations.
• Contributes to risk management strategies by evaluating stress responses, decision-making under pressure, and fatigue management.

What we offer:

• Personalized one-on-one / online assessment sessions, typically lasting around 2 hours each.
• We utilize a trusted and validated psychological assessment that typically cover aspects of mental health, personality traits and overall cognitive capacity. These evaluations are administered during the assessment session to ensure the highest level of accuracy and dependability.
• Conducting a comprehensive structured clinical interview, which encompasses detailed analysis of critical incidents.
• Establishing a decision of either meeting or not meeting criteria, determined by a predefined set of standards or an evaluation of overall performance.
• Promptly conveying the decision to recruiters on the day of assessment, accompanied by a comprehensive written report delivered within a timeframe of 3 days.
• Offering candidates access to their report and providing optional feedback upon request.
